Maria Taylor는 미국의 인디락 쪽 보컬인데 피아노, 기타 등 여러 악기를 다룬다.
Azure Ray와 Now It's Overhead 라는 그룹에서 활동했고 지난 2005년에 첫 번째 솔로앨범 '11:11'을 발표했다.
이 곡도 그 앨범에 수록된 곡이다.
올해 3월에 2집 'Lynn Teeter Flower'를 발표했으나 아쉽게도 국내에서 구하기 어려울 듯 하다.
어둠의 경로로 음원을 확보해 들어봤는데 정말 좋다(필요하신 분은 개별연락;;).
마음에 드는 곡 위주로 가사를 연구중이다.
국내에서는 <그레이 아나토미>의 OST에 몇 곡이 사용되면서 조금 알려졌다.
